1. Non-Refundable Products

• Digital Marketing Templates: All template sales are final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage customers to review the product descriptions and ensure that the templates meet their requirements before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be offered after the template has been purchased and delivered.

2. Subscription Services

• Digital Marketing Subscription Services: Our subscription services require a minimum of two weeks to be fulfilled once payment has been received and all required information has been submitted.
